George Schreck.

Chef George joined us this spring after a successful
catering and restaurant career in New Jersey. In
addition to his responsibility for the menus prepared for all
events held in the Sunset Ballroom, George – along with
his wife Mona - are excited to introduce an in-home
catering service they popularized in New Jersey. This
service, called “Dining Out In” offers seasonal menus
using local ingredients. George and Mona can offer full
chef and wait staff service at your home, or simply deliver
a fully prepared and ready to heat meal. Chef George will
gladly meet with you in person to discuss your menu ideas
and arrangements.
